The Scarlett O’Hara Girlfriend Getaway Package

Frankly, my dear, you should be here! If your Rhett Butler is Gone with the Wind, then spend two days of leisure with the girls in Natchez, Mississippi, visiting privately owned antebellum homes and touring the town.

Arrive at The Elms between 2:00 and 5:00 p.m. At 5:30 p.m., we’ll gather for Wine on the Veranda at The Burn, where you caThe Burn Natchez MSn relax and catch up with girl talk. You’ll also get a tour of The Burn.

The next morning, enjoy a full Southern breakfast, followed by a 10:00 a.m. tour of the beautiful and historic antebellum home Linden and Libations on Linden’s Gallery—mimosas and milk punch. Linden has been in the same family Linden Natchez MSsince early times, and her front door was used as the design for “Tara” in Gone with the Wind.

You’ll get a three-house tour of the famous antebellum mansions Stanton Hall, Longwood, and Rosalie. Your tour tickets are included in the package.

At your leisure, you may take a horse-drawn carriage ride tour of the city, also included. The horse takes a relaxed gait while the driver tells the city’s stories. At 5:30 p.m., you’re invited to Juleps at The Elms (circa 1804).

The ghost tour is also included with your package. This tour is bus-driven with frequent stops to allow you to get closer to the spirits and take photos. (The ghost tour is not offered on Sundays.)

Price per person is $275 all-inclusive, double occupancy, for a two-night stay, including a full Southern breakfast each morning.

Our package also includes some secret lagniappe, a little something extra for each guest. You may consider staying another night for a discounted rate of $60 per person, double occupancy. Your custom schedule will be planned by you and Esther.
